1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 87bet ("Platform", "we"). By completing the registration process and checking the terms acceptance box, you confirm that you have read and agree to all conditions set out here, as well as 87bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules, which form an integral part of this document.

87bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When this occurs, the last updated date will be revised, and where changes are significant, registered users will be notified by email or through a visible notice on the platform. Continued use of 87bet after new terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 87bet and use its services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Not be listed on any gambling self-exclusion registry;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 87bet employee;
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

87bet performs identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) and may request documents at any time, including a copy of a valid RG, CNH, or passport, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that do not complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal operations suspended until the process is finalized.

3 User Account

Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — secure, and for all activity carried out on their account. 87bet recommends using strong, unique passwords of at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Sharing credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

87bet accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Brazilian users: Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago, as well as TED bank transfers from accounts at banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 per transaction;
• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00 per request;
• Pix processing time: as a rule, less than 60 seconds after approval;
• Bank slip processing time: up to 2 business days after bank clearance;
• Withdrawal fees: not charged by 87bet; any third-party banking fees are the user's responsibility.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method owned by the account holder, with a CPF matching the one registered on the 87bet account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. 87bet may require additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or when there are inconsistencies in the account information.

87bet reserves the right to carry out anti-fraud checks on any transaction, which may result in processing delays. In such cases, our support team will contact the user to request the necessary information. Attempts at fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

5 Sports Betting

87bet offers sports betting markets across a wide range of disciplines, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and major European leagues), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), e-sports, and all other sports available on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed at 87bet:

• Bets are final once confirmed on the platform and cannot be cancelled by the user;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets will be voided and the amount returned to the account balance;
• 87bet reserves the right to suspend markets or void bets in cases of technical error, incorrect odds, or suspected match manipulation;
• Live bets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations — the valid odds are those confirmed at the moment the bet is placed;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport and event and are displayed in the interface before confirmation;
• 87bet may adjust betting limits for specific users without prior notice if usage patterns are identified that require such action.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the platform and the official competition result, the official result declared by the sport's governing body will prevail. 87bet tracks results in real time but is not responsible for delays in live score updates caused by connectivity issues on the user's end.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on 87bet and will result in immediate account closure, bonus cancellation, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Using the platform to launder money or finance illegal activities;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to automate bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting technical glitches, odds errors, or platform bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or overload 87bet's systems;
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting members of the support team;
• Placing bets on behalf of anyone under 18 or allowing minors to access the account;
• Placing combination bets (accumulators) on related events or events in which the user may have direct influence;
• Selling, transferring, or trading 87bet accounts to third parties.

10 Privacy and LGPD

87bet processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Information collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for the purposes outlined in 87bet's Privacy Policy, which include: delivering contracted services, identity verification, fraud prevention, account-related communications, and — with your consent — sending offers and promotions.

In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 87bet will investigate the incident and apply the fairest resolution for the user, which may include voiding the round and refunding the wagered amount. The platform is not responsible for connection failures, network instability, or issues with the user's device that may affect the gaming experience.

87bet's maximum liability to any individual user, under any circumstances covered by these Terms, is limited to the account balance available at the time of the incident, except where Brazilian law requires greater liability.

12 Changes to the Terms

87bet may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, whether to reflect changes in Brazilian law, updates to the services offered, or adjustments to internal policies. When changes are substantial, registered users will be notified at least 7 days in advance by email and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Minor changes — such as wording corrections, clarifications, or updates to contact information — may be implemented without prior notice. 13 Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time through 87bet's support chat. Before closing, any available real-money balance will be paid out via the registered payment method, once any pending verifications are complete and provided there are no open bets or pending bonus rollovers that would prevent withdrawal.

87bet reserves the right to close or suspend accounts without prior notice in the following cases: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, inactivity for more than 12 months (with prior email notification), or a regulatory decision requiring the platform to do so. If 87bet closes an account without a proven user violation, the real-money balance will be refunded in full.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the 87bet platform that cannot be resolved directly between the user and the platform will be submitted to the court of the user's place of domicile, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
